At Jam & Crumb, every cake, cupcake, and sweet treat is handmade to order with care. Because our products are custom-made, our refund policy reflects the nature of perishable, personalized goods.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund, as ingredients may have already been purchased and preparation may have begun.

Quality Guarantee

We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive an order that is damaged, incorrect, or does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery with a photo of the issue. We will work with you to make it right, which may include:

Deposits

Some custom orders may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your order date. The deposit amount and terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward the total order cost.
