At Jam & Crumb, every cake is handcrafted to order with care and intention. Because our desserts are custom-made and perishable, all sales are final.
Your satisfaction truly matters to us. If your cake arrives severely damaged due to delivery handling, please contact us and we will review the situation promptly.
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery date and before production has begun. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund, as ingredients may have already been purchased and preparation may have started.
To cancel an order, please contact us by email as soon as possible.
A refund or store credit may be considered only if:
Minor cosmetic imperfections — such as small smudges, slight buttercream movement, color variations, or delicate piping shifts — are normal in handcrafted cakes and do not qualify for refunds.
We aim to respond to all refund or damage claims within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method. Store credits, if issued, do not expire.
Jam & Crumb operates under the Missouri Cottage Food Law. All orders, including online orders, must be placed by and delivered to customers within the state of Missouri.
