Hi, I'm Bre — the creative heart behind Jam & Crumb, a Springfield, Missouri home bakery inspired by feminine details, whimsical designs, and desserts that feel like a little edible gift.

My love for whimsical style began with my grandmother and her collection of beautiful teapots. Each one felt charming, delicate, and full of personality, turning an ordinary shelf or table into something special. Those memories continue to inspire the soft colors, playful shapes, floral details, and tea-party charm that have become part of the Jam & Crumb aesthetic.

I've always loved creating with my hands, and baking has become one of my favorite ways to turn that creativity into something beautiful and delicious. Before baking, I used to do nails, which taught me to appreciate the tiny details and careful finishing touches that make something feel special. Delicate details are truly part of the creative process I enjoy most, and that love for precision naturally carries into every dessert I make. From delicate finishing touches and soft color palettes to the flavors tucked inside, every treat is handmade with care.

At Jam & Crumb, I specialize in pretty, giftable desserts, including mini cakes, cake pops, signature Bubble Cakes, choux buns, macarons, custom treats, and curated dessert boxes. They're made for birthdays, bridal showers, girls' nights, celebrations, gifts, or simply treating yourself to something lovely.

A little about me outside the kitchen — I'm happily in a relationship with someone who has become my biggest source of encouragement and my unofficial taste tester. He's seen the late nights, the messy counters, the "just one more idea" moments, and all the love that goes into building Jam & Crumb. In a sweet way, this little bakery has become part of his everyday life, too.

All Jam & Crumb desserts are made in my Springfield home kitchen under Missouri's Cottage Food Law, with attention to detail, creativity, and plenty of care in every bite.
